This official after-sales rule applies to all retail individual customers and registered B2B wholesale business buyers purchasing small home appliances on our official website. All return, refund, and warranty claims shall be handled in strict accordance with the following unified terms to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both buyers and sellers.

This policy applies to all retail individual orders (C-end customers) and wholesale bulk business orders (B-end registered wholesale customers) placed on the ChilTok Global official website.

1. General Return & Refund Rule

  1. We only support return or refund applications within 30 calendar days after the parcel delivery confirmation date. No return or refund request will be accepted beyond 30 days.
  2. Customers need to bear the round-trip international shipping cost if you apply for a return for personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong purchase, size mismatch). We will deduct the generated shipping fee from your refund amount.
  3. For factory quality defect orders confirmed with valid fault video evidence, we provide 3 official solutions instead of cross-border return to China warehouse: free replacement of spare parts, partial order refund compensation, or free reshipment of new unit after you destroy the defective product as required.
  4. We DO NOT accept any defective goods returned to our China address for maintenance, repair, or whole-unit exchange, under any circumstances.

2. Warranty Policy for C-End Retail Individual Customers

Warranty Period

  • Main unit (motor, internal circuit board): 90-day limited warranty, calculated from the order shipping date.
  • Consumable accessories (blades, power cord, sealing rings, plastic juice cup, pomace bin, food pusher): 30-day limited warranty only.

Warranty Coverage

Only manufacturing defects under normal household use are covered.

Warranty Exclusions

  1. Damage caused by wrong voltage, water ingress, falling, collision, overloaded continuous operation, private disassembly, and modification.
  2. Normal wear, aging and loss of consumable parts in daily use.
  3. Commercial long-time continuous use for catering, rental, and other business scenarios.

3. Exclusive Warranty & After-Sales Policy for B-End Registered Wholesale Customers

Warranty Period

  • Core components (main motor, control circuit board): 6-month limited warranty, calculated from the order shipping date.
  • All consumable spare parts enjoy a unified 30-day limited warranty.

Exclusive Wholesale After-Sales Benefits

  1. Free delivery of defective core replacement accessories within the warranty period (we undertake international shipping fees for spare parts).
  2. Lifetime free remote technical support: 24-hour fault diagnosis, operation tutorials, maintenance guidance via official email permanently.
  3. One set of free spare consumable accessories will be delivered together with your bulk order to reduce your local after-sales maintenance cost.
  4. All original replacement spare parts can be purchased by wholesale customers at exclusive factory cost price after the warranty expires.

B-End Warranty Exclusions

Consistent with the exclusion clauses of retail customers, warranty does not cover man-made damage, improper use, loss, or normal aging of consumables.

4. Warranty Claim Required Documents

To apply for any warranty service, you must provide the following valid materials:

  1. Original order ID and purchase payment screenshot;
  2. Clear high-definition fault video that can completely show the product failure status;
  3. Product photos of the complete outer package and product serial number.

Oral description, blurry photos, or incomplete materials cannot be approved for after-sales warranty service.

5. Final Supplementary Clause

We reserve the right to interpret all return, refund, and warranty rules of ChilTok Global official website.

The warranty service cannot be transferred to third-party buyers and only applies to the original order purchaser.
